How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated by weight and size of the item. After you add items to your cart, you can select "check out." You'll then be able to see the cost of shipping before you submit payment.
How long does it take to ship my items?
Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. Certain products are handmade to order and will have longer lead times. We work hard to update our site often to reflect the most accurate stock and estimated shipping time frames. Changes to an estimated shipping time frame, attributed to a delay in the production process, may occur and are subject to change.
We strive to have all in-stock items shipped as quickly as possible. If an item is out of stock, it will be indicated in the item description. We will notify you of any changes to the item(s) in your order and ship any available items.

What are my shipping options and how long does shipping take?
For domestic US locations, I ship products via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail. Express options are available at cost based on the carrier. Carrier tracking information will be provided once shipped. Transit times vary depending on product and location.
For international locations, I ship via USPS. During checkout, the shipping calculator will add on additional fees for international shipping (depending on the weight and size of the item).
At this time, as a small business, I can't offer free shipping.
Do I have the ability to track my order?
Yes, all shipments are tracked, whether USPS First-Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. You'll receive a USPS Tracking number with the email address you used during checkout once the package ships. Then, you can visit the USPS.com site to track your package.
My shipment hasn't arrived. What should I do?
