Refund policy

We truly love each of our items and we want our customers to as well.  As many of our items are handmade, colors and appearance may look different as to how they appear on the screen.  If for any reason you are not happy with your product please contact us at eclecticjudaica@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt and we will direct you how to proceed.  Items must be returned unused and in its original condition.  Final sale items and custom orders are non-returnable.  

Damages to the merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally do happen. Should your piece arrive with a defect or damage, please contact us at eclecticjudaica@gmail.com and we will do our very best to have a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible.

For your protection, we recommend sending your returns via a traceable carrier and in a box or well-padded envelope.  We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged while in transit to us.
